Establishment of Portex Logistics
Portex, our organization, was founded on October 13, 2007, in honor of our esteemed leader and colleague, Patrick. Since its inception, we have grown and evolved, driven by Patrick's vision and dedication, to become a prominent presence in our industry. Our journey has been marked by innovation, commitment, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, all of which have been instrumental in shaping our identity and success over the years.
First shipment
Our global operations officially commenced on April 1, when we completed our inaugural shipment, facilitating a local couple's move from Rotterdam-Blijdorp to La Coruña, Spain. This milestone marked the beginning of our worldwide journey, as we embarked on a mission to provide top-notch relocation services to clients across the globe.
Start Portex Ocean
On November 18, 2018, Portex Ocean, our ocean freight division, was launched, firmly establishing our footprint within the maritime transport industry. This achievement was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Patrick and Jacob, both of whom worked tirelessly to bring this venture to fruition. Their hard work and dedication were instrumental in shaping our presence in the maritime sector, marking a significant milestone in our company's growth.
Pangea Network
In January 2018, Portex Logistics achieved a significant milestone by becoming a proud member of the Pangea Network, a move that significantly bolstered our global reach and solidified our standing in the dynamic and competitive logistics and transportation sector. This strategic partnership opened up new avenues for collaboration, expanded our network, and allowed us to provide even more comprehensive and efficient solutions to our valued clients worldwide.
Opening Portex Rafal
On March 27, 2019, Portex Rafal (Alicante, Spain) officially opened its doors, representing a pivotal moment in our journey to broaden our global network and enhance our service offerings. Since its inception, our dedicated colleagues Kurt and Patrick, along with the entire team, have been committed to providing exceptional assistance and support to our clients, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in customer service and further strengthening our presence in the industry.
